EternaLeaf (Start-Up Concept)

Client: Course requirement for 7526QCA CoLab / 3DS Event
Institution: Griffith University, Queensland College of Art
Role: Researcher / Graphic designer / Presenter
Output: Research Proposal, Brand Identity, Presentation Design
Year: 2020
About the Project
For the culminating activity of the 3 Day Start-up event (a compulsory component of our CoLab course), we had to work as a team to conceptualise and present our own start-up by incorporating all the strategies we had learned throughout the duration of the workshop.

Design Concept
Our team of 8, an interesting mix of Master of Design students, a Master of Interactive Media student, a QCA staff/art practitioner, a PhD candidate and a nurse, chose to focus on creating a start-up surrounding one of our team member's (Renata Buziak) creative practice, her biochromatic artworks and idea of preserving "sentimental flora" (e.g. a wedding bouquet) in a creative and unique way. The full presentation can be viewed here

Division of Workload
Our team divided tasks based on our individual expertise. All members contributed to the research, data collection and analysis as well as the ideation of concepts and the slide presentation. I contributed to the team as a graphic designer along with Samantha Pereira for the brand identity. I also assisted the presentation designer Qiong Wang in finalising the presentation slides. I provided content and copy for the Personas with the help of Andrea Mirabile. Julius Bolinao and I also designed the mock-ups for the deck.

Final Output
The final output consisted of pitch deck and a group presentation presented to 3DS panels and all the event participants. The entire process experience is documented in my event report.
